I'm not exactly sure, I do have a more powerful PC as well as putting it on medium on everything, and vsync has to be on if the option is there. Next time i play it, ill share what i have on!

got to C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local and deleted Growth_Zone it works for me atleast also im guessing something in the file or something is confusing the game or idk
Pretty decent, though hopefully it can get more music and voice lines, because a lot of the time it feels very... empty and underwhelming. It feels like the Tiny Escape and GTS Simulator are the main modes, there's not really much to the Run or Clicker games. I have hopes that more will be done on it, my main hopes being that a bit more personality and polish gets added to the existing modes before more new characters get added.
How did you manage to get 1.0 to run? Can we get some details on what you did?
Or, if it ran fine for you with no adjustments, can you tell what operating system you have and roughly where you unpacked your game? (Which drive, behind how many folders total, etc., it's fine if you don't wanna say exact folder names)
I'm trying everything I can think of, but 1.0 just doesn't work for me, and I have quite a high-end PC so it can't be the specs.
Didn't do anything special, just... Worked. I downloaded it, opened it with 7zip, put it in my porn folder on my hard drive. Running it on a decent gaming laptop. Core i7 9th Gen, Nvidia GeForce GTX... Don't really know the specs, don't understand most of that stuff to be honest. But yeah, game just... ran fine, albeit making my laptop's fan go crazy.

Also, despite the name there doesn't really seem to be much "Growing" going on in the game. Only in the giantess sim mode, which... Is just one size change, which feels pretty tame for a giantess fetish game. I'd expect there to be more of that but, no that's pretty much it, just one alternate size and reverting back to normal.
The current free version, 0.9.2, seems extremely broken in many aspects. Only a few basic modes work, while most optional modes and features including the nightmare challenge level just doesn't really work. Whether it's because of broken AI or the map despawning pieces of itself after a few minutes (causing the giantess to fall through it which is what I assume causes the auto-loss in many stages with many settings after just a few minutes no matter what). Also leveling up from collecting orbs seems to do absolutely nothing, which seems weird. Why is it there, then?
I hope we get to see a mode for each girl where they progressively grow over time, making it harder if you take too long as they can move across the map faster the bigger they get. You could reuse the GTS simulator mode's growth animations for that I'd imagine. That aside, I don't want to be rude, but judging by the 1.0 sneak peek posts, it looks like the developer feels the game is pretty much finished and it won't really change that much going forward. out of the 10 supposedly "major" upcoming features mentioned, a good chunk seems really... not major at all, to be frank. Bit of a shame, but... oh well. I hope 1.0 will be far from the end, because there's potential here for an exceptional game about this fetish... but it still feels like it needs a lot of time to cook to me. From bugfixes, optimization, to just aspects of the game that feel incomplete (levels doing nothing, lack of growth, etc.), as someone who discovered this game recently this really doesn't feel like it's close to a 1.0, with all due respect.
but you should work on some optimization for the pc's since on mine i have to play it on the lower graphics.
and for future suggestions.
-the customization you could add stuff like characters piercings if being added or not. and also what about clothings? example chicas bib or alice bow.

I like the game and it gives you that feeling that you are being chased but I have a question because it looks like this when you are in the GTA simulator I think who it was
Cover for this game on itch is absolutely anti-remarkable and I am sure too many people already skipped because they thought it is some text based game or 2D or something , you know, for more imagination involved from user. Absolutely doesn't represent the amount of hard work you putting into this game.
Can you make a growth mode? In it you collect orbs like in tiny escape but instead of it being one orb less to escape it is one orb size bigger. And you can make a sandbox mode for your patreons.
